The reason i chose this issue as my Fire Project was because of two reasons: 1.) i wanted to learn more about the Vietnam War and 2.) i wanted to learn more about all of the health effects that the Vietnam War had on the people involved in it and on the environment. I spent a lot of my time on finishing this project. I spent around 10 to 20 hours on it. As I researched on my topic and wrote my papers, i became stressed, since Mr. Segura would be the one grading my project. I managed my time by not working on anything else but my project. Most of my classes didn't give me any homework so that i could work on my project. I think Im proud of the project over all because i spent these last two weeks on it and was able to finish it on time. The grade that i would give myself would be somewhere between a low C to a high B because i think i could have done more to make my project better, since time was a huge factor. The most difficult thing i encountered while working on my project was finding the research and wondering if it would be good evidence to use. I was tempted so many times to use Wikipedia and get all of my information from there I did not use it. I think i answered the central question quite accurately, since i mentioned most of the environmental impacts that the Vietnam War had on the people and the environment, both in the past when it was happening and now after 39 years of the war being over. The advice I would give to the students that would be doing their CapStone project would be to start on it early so that they won't be stressing out on t and rushing the project. That way they will give a high quality project and get a very high grade on it.
